- Returns for custom, personalized, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of defects or errors.

2. Custom Products, Personalized, or made-to-order
- Defects or Errors: If the product arrives defective, damaged, or with a significant misprint, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.
- Process for Defective Items:
- Submit a claim with photo evidence of the defect, damage, or misprint.
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Refunds will be issued after the printing vendor confirms the defect.
- Non-Returnable Conditions:
- Issues caused by incorrect information provided during checkout (e.g., wrong size, incorrect address).
- Items with slight variations in print or color due to the printing process.
3. Non-custom Products
- Items must be in new condition and returned within 30 days.
- Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
4. Process for Returns and Refunds
- Initiating a Return:
