1. What products do you sell?
At Creatively Designed Shop, we offer a wide range of unique products, including custom apparel, home decor, drinkware, pet accessories, gifts, gift cards, and more — all designed to add creativity and inspiration to your life!
2. Are your products made to order?
Yes! Most of our products are made especially for you once you place your order. This allows us to offer a wider variety of designs and sizes while reducing waste.
3. How long does it take to process my order?
Processing typically takes 2-5 business days before shipping. Some items (especially custom or specialty items) may take a little longer. You’ll receive an update as soon as your order ships!
4. How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on the product and your location:

U.S. orders: Usually arrive within 5–10 business days after processing.

International orders: May take 2–4 weeks depending on the destination.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can click the link in your confirmation email or track it directly through our Track My Order page.
6. Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?
Because many of our items are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if there’s an issue with your order (wrong item, damaged item, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right!
7. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re so sorry if that happens! Please email us at info@creativelydesignedshop.com with your order number and clear photos of the item, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
8. Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping, but you can always ship an order directly to the recipient and add a gift message at checkout.
9. Where are your products made?
Our products are made by a network of trusted print and production partners located in the U.S. and globally. This allows us to create and deliver high-quality items faster based on your location.
10. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments.
11. Do you offer discounts or promotions?
Yes! We occasionally run sales, and promotions. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter to stay in the loop!
12. Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?
We start working on your order as soon as it’s received. If you need to make a change, please contact us within an hour of placing your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. After that, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations.
